Wednesday 27th February 1924
A short committee meeting was held in the Club on Wednesday Feb 27th at 7.15 pm, when the final arrangements for the opening ceremony were made.
Mr Hood and D Ward were appointed to collect the money at the tea tables, also at the social evening. The question of providing games for those who did not wish to dance was discussed. Mr Hood reported that 6 packs of playing cards had been bought out of the Club funds.
It as decided to let the billiard table be used, the charge to be 3d each for twenty minutes.
This concluded the business.
